Parent Statement of Support

Complete and submit the following form in order to meet the parent statement of support requirement in the admissions process.

Community Christian School Parental Statement of Support(Required)

Having received and read the Christian Educational Philosophy of the Community Christian School Society as included herein, I/we hereby state that (Checking a box indicates your support and agreement) :

It is understood that my/our child(ren) are being enrolled in the Community Christian School because of my/our earnest desire that they receive a Christ centered education.

It is agreed that my/our child(ren) shall be educated in a manner consistent with the beliefs and objectives of the Community Christian School Society.

It is agreed that in matters of improper conduct, my/our child(ren) will be subject to disciplinary action by the faculty and administration. When the continued presence of my/our child(ren) impedes the process of Christian education, he/she may be expelled.

It is agreed that upon enrolling my/our child(ren) I/we commit myself/ourselves to definite financial obligations to the Community Christian School Society.

It is understood that my/our child(ren)’s admission to the school is subject to the approval of the Community Christian School Society Board of Directors. All pertinent information regarding my/our child(ren) will be made available to the school administration.

I/we agree to abide by the policies and procedures of the Community Christian School Society.
